I do appreciate the same day delivery considering it was a Saturday, flower arrangement was beautiful just a bit smaller than expected but that's just my opinion I'm not very familiar with flower arrangement prices but happy overall .

This was my first experience with Bloom and I will say this will be my go-to place to order flowers from now on. I liked having quick access to arrangements in my price point. The bouquet I chose was out of a fresh flower in the arrangement and an employee called me right away to let me know and ask if it was ok they would substitute a flower.
I ask for delivery and the bouquet was delivered within 3 hours of me ordering it. Also I liked the text message that alerted me to the fact the delivery had been made.
My daughter called and said the bouquet made her day and it was absolutely beautiful.
I am very happy with the experience I had with Bloom
