Blooms created a beautiful arrangement at a good price. Delivery was on time. I appreciate that they took the extra step to verify our employee's address who was receiving the bouquet. She had recently moved so we had the wrong address. I ordered a designer’s choice bouquet online. Not only was the bouquet beautiful, but the owner honored my online order even though the store was closed because the online site wasn't closed. I was given the wrong date for the funeral and a super sweet lady from Blooms reached and advised me of the bad date, we adjusted the delivery date of the order and my money wasn't wasted on flowers that would've died before the actual funeral. They are not my go to place for ordering flowers.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
